This document describes how to share a match with others. Please read this document to get familiar with all the pre-requisites, conditions and limitations when sharing a match.
Most important when sharing a match:
- make sure that during the match you have a properly functioning internet connection
- make sure that people linked to your match have a properly functioning internet connection
- when you reset the match, sharing is also stopped. If required, share the new match again
- share your match before the match starts, so you still have time to share the matchcode so others can link to it
Although the differences between the Google Wear OS and Apple Watch versions are limited, there are some minor changes in operating the two. Below are seperate sections depending on your smartwatch.
Steps for Google Wear OS
Follow the steps below in order to share your match.
- Navigate to the sharing screen. There are 3 ways to do this:

- activate the top navigation drawer by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom. Show me...
- Tap the generate button to generate a new matchcode and tap the QR Code button to show the QR Code that others can scan with their Whistle App to link. Show me...
- Navigate back to the match screen so you can start your match. Show me...

Steps for Apple Watch

- swipe three screens to the right, until the match sharing screen appears. Show me...
- Tap the sharing button to generate a new match code and tap the QR Code button to show the QR Code that others can scan with their Whistle App to link. Show me...
