How can I perform basic match actions on my smartwatch?

Depending on the status of a match, the following match actions can be performed.

  • When the status is not started, you can:
    • start the match
    • reset the match
  • When the status is started, you can:
    • add a goal to the home or away team
    • add a card for a player of the home or away team
    • turn the pause timer on (pause the match)
    • turn the injury timer on
    • add extra time to current period (not possible when match is in period rest time)
    • reset the match
  • When the status is paused, you can perform all actions except for turn on the injury timer
  • When the status is injury time on, you can perform all actions except for turn pause on
  • When the status finished, you can:
    • add goals up until two minutes after the match has ended
    • add cards up until two minutes after the match has ended
    • view the match overview of all the timings, cards and goals of the match

For most actions there are two ways to perform these:

  1. double tap on the screen to perform an action (eg. tap twice on score of home team to add a goal)
  2. open the action menu and select the action you want to perform.

If you either have an Apple Watch or Google Wear OS smartwatch, the operations are almost the same. The main difference between the two is how to open the action menu. On the Apple Watch you tap on the circle with the three dots in the lower right corning of the screen and on Google Wear OS you need to swipe from the bottom of the screen upwards to open the action menu.
